UX Strategy & Clinical Systems Design	AIIMS Jodhpur Jan 2026 – Present
Design the Post-Operative Patient Monitoring Dashboard and Digital Medical Charting System for the Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) ICU. Conducted deep-dive ethnographic research and designed a Quantifiable Audit system within tertiary healthcare ecosystems to identify systemic bottlenecks. Translating findings into HIPAA-compliant, high-density interfaces that reduce cognitive load, prevent errors and reduce time to task.
Founder & Principal Architect	Akaasa Studio May 2022 – June 2024
Directed a hybrid consultancy delivering 20+ architectural and digital projects across 3 continents (Asia, Europe, USA) with a cumulative project value exceeding $12M (₹100+ Cr). Overlooked construction for a $1.2M (₹10+ Cr) industrial project in Bangalore, managing high-stake stakeholder coordination and technical adherence. Designed and delivered UX/UI solutions for FnB and E-commerce platforms with a focus on pragmatic business feasibility.
Assistant Vice President (AVP), Design	Yunometa Jan '22 – May '22
Reported directly to the Founding Team (Arijit Mukherjee, Niraj Singh) and Rishi Narain (MD, RN Sports) for a Web3 platform that secured $10M in Seed/Angel funding. Spearheaded the creation of Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for complex Metaverse and Smart Contract products.
Architectural Intern	For Young India Jan 2021 – March 2021
Designed interfaces for the Utec App for Ultratech catering to Tier 2/3 city residents; utilized data-driven insights from in-app user feedback to refine conversion funnels for a multi-million user base resulting in design solutions for 150+ families seeking to build their homes. Conducted rigorous Alpha and Beta usability testing for Infurnia, a professional BIM software, identifying critical UX friction points by auditing the platform through the lens of both a professional architect and a software user.
